Job Summary:

Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria seeks a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to patrol hotel premises, respond to emergencies, and promote safe work practices. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service experience, a flexible schedule, and a passion for hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, risk management, and emergency response. The selected candidate will be responsible for observing and identifying potential safety risks and security risks on hotel premises, responding to emergency situations, and promoting safe work practices among team members. Additionally, they will write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation as needed. A key aspect of this role is responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Risk Management Specialist will also participate in preliminary investigations into incidents, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to maintaining a secure and safe environment for guests and team members. To excel in this position, one should possess strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and be proactive in identifying and mitigating potential risks. A keen eye for detail and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Salary and Benefits:
