">We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Saugus area. This full-time position focuses on supporting K-12 grade students with behavioral needs, offering an opportunity to create meaningful change in their educational experiences.
">Key Responsibilities

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).">
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor BIPs effectively.">
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.">
- Analyze data to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.">
- Ensure compliance with district and state regulations regarding documentation and reporting.">
Qualifications

- Current BCBA certification in MA.">
- Experience working with K-6 grade students in a school setting is preferred.">
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.">
