At Cafe Stella, we are seeking a highly motivated Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Overview:

We roast our coffee beans in-house and offer a variety of internationally inspired meals. Our cafe is located in Ghent and offers a beautiful atmosphere with live music and a garden patio.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas

Requirements:

  • Relevant cooking experience preferred
  • Able to work early morning and evening shifts
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
