Job Overview

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales experience, preferably outside sales or retail sales associate.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic about the role insurance plays in helping people manage risk.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and obtain Property and Casualty licenses.
