Scheduling Manager

The Scheduling Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and updating of project construction schedules. This role involves facilitating schedule communication between internal stakeholders and acting as a liaison for the owner's scheduler.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6 and/or P8) and ASTA software tools.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely schedule updates.
• Analyze and report on project schedule performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement schedule analytics, including earned value management (EVM), critical path method (CPM), and time impact analysis (TIA).
• Provide schedule training and support to project teams as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 5-7 years of experience in scheduling on large commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling software tools, including Primavera and ASTA.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
