Non-Alcohol Portfolio Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Alcohol Portfolio Developer to join our team at Gulf Distributing Holdings Company LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to promote our non-alcoholic beverages in the assigned market areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account & Brand Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts, providing them with expertise, products, and services that enhance our company portfolio.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of quality, including code date reports, draft beer line cleaning, and inventory rotation.
  • Responsibility Initiative: Support and promote our Responsibility Initiative programs, aligning with our values and supplier expectations.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct timely analyses, provide business planning support, and present new brands, packages, and products to our Managing Director.
  • Training & Development: Assist in developing and executing on-going non-alcohol training and certification programs for sales teams and retailers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 4 years of industry-related experience.
  • Knowledge of transportation management software and prior use of VIP or similar software package.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work effectively with internal and external individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and work effectively with minimal supervision, prioritize multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with various audiences.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will frequently walk, talk, and hear; occasionally stand, sit, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and depth perception. Occasional exposure to moving mechanical equipment and fumes or airborne particles may occur. Regular travel throughout GDH sites is expected, with occasional weekend and/or overtime work.
