Job Title: Community Based Psychiatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at True Team Medical. As a key member of our Assertive Community Treatment Team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical services to individuals receiving our services.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coordinate all medical and clinical aspects of our services.
  • Identify and implement evidence-based therapies to support client care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement transition plans for clients moving in and out of services.
  • Provide written documentation and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing and assertive community treatment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
