Tower Legal Solutions seeks an experienced Lead Litigation Attorney to join our team in a contract litigation position with an insurance company.


We are looking for a seasoned attorney with a strong background in auto/liability insurance defense and complex civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent client relations skills, the ability to learn and use multiple electronic file management systems, and be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct necessary and appropriate discovery, hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and similar proceedings.
  • Research the law applicable to cases or matters; draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and opinions as required. If requested, conduct settlement negotiations.


The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
