Job Overview

At Casebook PBC, we're committed to empowering community well-being through innovative technology. As an Account Executive for Human Services, you'll play a key role in sharing the benefits of our products with prospective customers in the eastern United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate sales leads from existing and new relationships, and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Establish strong business relationships with nonprofit and government leaders.
  • Develop sales opportunities into signed deals.
  • Monitor the market and pass information to the product management and sales teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM.
Qualifications
  • Dedication to the success of our customers.
  • Proven track record of success in nonprofit, government, or education sales.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally with high-level employees.
  • Team player with 2+ years of nonprofit or government sales experience.
  • Unrestricted access to a high-speed internet connection and a home office or dedicated workspace.
