Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year as a Registered Nurse (RN) with recent experience in orthopedics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals with bone fractures, degenerative diseases, joint replacement surgery, or other musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Execute casting, external fixation care, neurovascular status monitoring, traction, and continuous motion therapy.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, track surgical site progress, and inform doctors of any changes in the patient's condition.
  • Teach patients new techniques for performing daily tasks and provide guidance on assistance programs, support groups, and resources they may need.
