Board Certified Behavior Analyst, School Services, Part-time

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Surpass Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism.
About the RoleThis part-time position will support clients in the Methacton School District. You will work closely with our dedicated team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and assessments to drive positive outcomes.
Responsibilities- Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Analysis, to inform treatment planning
- Develop comprehensive reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, and discharge summaries
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
- Develop and implement individualized programming based on client needs and caregiver input
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
- Ability to work with integrity and adhere to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
