Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing a high level of service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist members, prospective members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, and facilitating account updates.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to member questions and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized club environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to toxic chemicals possible.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location. Additionally, all staff receive a free Black Card membership and may qualify for our seasonal incentive bonus program. As a Core Development and Management employee, you are eligible for benefits if you work at least 30 hours per week, including medical options, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, 401k with company contribution, paid vacation time, and additional ancillary benefits like pet insurance and Aflac.
