About the Job

LHC Group is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Dayton, Ohio.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes, helping them to restore their physical abilities and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes, following the established plan of care.
  • Instruct and aid patients in evidence-based treatment within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant.
  • Observe, record, and report to the supervising OT, nurse supervisor, and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition.
  • Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Current OTA licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
