About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hometown Pharmacy. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise as needed.
  • Support the sales process by helping customers locate products and finding suitable alternatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues to address customer concerns and employee matters.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
