We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our team at Project Growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing paid media strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Campaign Implementation: Manage strategy, targeting, bidding, content, and creative assets on Meta, Google, Amazon, and other platforms.
- Multi-Touch Attribution Analytics: Utilize multi-touch attribution models to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions.
- A/B Testing Execution: Execute A/B testing for landing pages, and ad copy to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration with Creative Team: Work with the creative team to leverage insights from campaign performance and enhance future concepts.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and compile reports on key performance metrics.
- Ad Copywriting: Write concise and compelling ad messages for paid media campaigns.
- Project Management: Manage marketing projects efficiently, maintaining priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
What Success Looks Like:
- Effective Campaign Management: Successfully manage and optimize paid media campaigns, resulting in improved ROI and overall campaign performance.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize A/B testing and multi-touch attribution analytics to make informed decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborative Success: Work seamlessly with the creative team to produce high-impact marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ years marketing experience
- Minimum 3+ years of media buying and ads trafficking, with a track record of building high-converting funnels and driving quantifiable results
- Minimum 2+ years experience managing Amazon Marketplace Ads
- Minimum 2+ years experience working in e-commerce and D2C products
- Proven experience managing large six-figure annual media budgets
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords
- Strong skills in Google Suite products
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
