Job Summary

George P. Mann & Associates PC is seeking a highly skilled Immigration Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and be able to handle complex cases with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client interviews at USCIS, ICE, and other agencies
  • Prepare clients for hearings and/or USCIS appointments
  • Review applications
  • Communicate effectively with clients at any stage of the process
  • Draft motions and briefs as needed
  • Enter notes into web-based case management system

Requirements

  • Immigration Law and Legal Issues skills
  • Experience in handling visas and immigration matters
  • Knowledge of immigration issues
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and State Bar admission
  • 2 years experience in immigration law or related field preferred
  • Fluency in the Spanish language preferred
