Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic MRI Technologist to join our team at Focus Staff. As a traveling MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.
  • Under the direction of the Chief of Radiology and the Imaging Services Director, perform related technological functions to ensure optimal diagnostic quality of patient care.
  • Interview patients to explain magnetic resonance imaging procedures and address any concerns they may have.
  • Ensure patient and staff safety by explaining safety protocols and monitoring patients via closed-circuit TV.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a MRI Technologist with a strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety.
  • License in the required state.
  • BLS certification.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
