Job Title: Relief Coach

Cayuga Centers is seeking a Relief Coach to join our team. As a Relief Coach, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Valid NYS driver's license required
