Job Summary

The Queen's University Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team. As a Medical Oncologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, coordinated, and comprehensive care to patients with cancer and blood disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide office-based, ambulatory, and hospital-based medical oncology and hematologic care
  • Participate in tumor boards and other oncology-related department meetings
  • Communicate effectively with primary care and consulting physicians
  • Maintain accurate records on all clinic patients
  • Interact positively with patients and staff

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine or EC FMG certification
  • Completion of a residency or fellowship training program approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA)
  • Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Hawaii
  • Current board certification in Medical Oncology by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty certification board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the AOA
