Pharmacy Director - HIV/AIDS Medical Care Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pharmacy Director to join our team at AIDS Healthcare Foundation. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee pharmacy operations and play a vital role in providing cutting-edge medical care to individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Leadership of a dynamic team of pharmacists and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Collaboration with healthcare professionals to develop and implement new systems and processes that enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Development and implementation of strategic plans to improve pharmacy services and expand access to care
Qualifications
  • State Pharmacist License (applicable to the state you are applying in)
  • Prior experience as a pharmacist or in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
