At HSAGP Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the physical security and administrative security aspects of our information Security Management System.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, with experience in developing and enforcing physical security policies, conducting regular security assessments, and responding to security incidents. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to write policies, guidelines, and procedures at a professional level.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining security policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Conducting regular security assessments and surveys to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks
  • Managing all aspects of the on-site physical security contracts, including guard services and security maintenance
  • Responding to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure safety

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of physical security systems, including technical equipment such as access control systems, cameras, and sensors. They will also have experience managing contract security guards and have a proven track record of maintaining a secure environment.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in security management
  • 2+ years of experience managing physical security systems
  • 1+ year of experience managing contract security guards
  • Knowledge of physical security systems, including technical equipment
  • Security-based certifications, such as CPP, PSP, or CISSP
  • Ability to write policies, guidelines, and procedures at a professional level
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
