Store Director

At HomeGoods, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-volume store location, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
• Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
• Lead a team of Associates and Assistant Managers, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with district and regional teams to achieve business objectives and share best practices
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to improve store performance

Requirements:

• Three to five years' retail leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume store environment
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
