Job Title: Territory Sales Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Wholesale team. As a critical part of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with Dealer customers, prospecting and signing new business, analyzing sales and volume, and coaching customers for maximum business results. Responsibilities: * Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive, and profitable business relationships * Solicit new business for supply contracts with brand or unbranded service station dealers and negotiate long-term supply agreements * Monitor and coach dealers on pricing and awareness of competition pricing * Counsel customers in retail pricing to maximize business results * Validate that all internal reports have accurate pricing and competitive information * Handle general customer questions and complaints, explain company policies and initiatives * Ensure all customers' needs are met in a timely manner to maintain positive business relations between customer and company * Ongoing analysis of volume, competition, dealer offers, and Mystery Shopper scores to maximize profitability for customer and company * Maximize profitability of each location by using tools and programs the company provides * Work with dispatch team to handle any delivery issues and emergency loads * Counsel customers on the benefits of automatic delivery and ordering per company guidelines * Communicate with Dispatch to maximize delivery options * Ensure dealers' submissions of required documentation, i.e., insurance, etc. * Manage dealer changes, assignments, sales, etc. * Manage franchise agreements and ensure all proper documents signed and submitted timely * Cold calling and continuous market development * Additional responsibilities include conducting site surveys, ensuring signage and point-of-sale materials are updated and maintained, and ensuring PCI and EMV compliance at your sites What We Offer: * Competitive salaries and opportunities for growth * Amazing Talent Development Team that creates trainings for growth and job development * Health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401(k) plan with a match component * Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of service * Paid volunteer time-off to help an organization of your choice Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge preferred * Ability to solicit new business relationships with Dealer customers * Coach customers to effectively price their product for retail * Ability to work independently but collaborate, initiate, and execute sales and supply agreements * Positive, entrepreneurial mindset, consistent desire to grow, and be part of a team focused on continuous improvement and drive for results * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with 3 years of site-level or marketing business operations experience, demonstrated project management skills, and ability to develop strategy, budget, and brand management * Effective time management and ability to multitask * Ability to make decisions, firm, outgoing, analytical, ability to anticipate and solve problems, excellent communication skills, positive leadership ability * Familiar with Microsoft Office Equal Opportunity Employer: Global Partners LP is an equal opportunity employer.
