About the Role

RSolution LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff, assigning daily work responsibilities and ensuring they meet Company expectations.
  • Order inventory for all areas and operations, maintaining stock levels and controlling costs.
  • Reconcile cash registers at open and close of each shift, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain all records as required by Company policies and procedures, and in compliance with state and federal law.
Management Expectations:
  • Recruit, interview, select, and hire quality staff for all positions, conducting orientation and training to ensure employees perform their respective jobs effectively.
  • Perform performance reviews of Shift Leaders and other hourly staff, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and counseling to improve production, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Counsel, discipline, or terminate employment of Shift Leaders and other hourly staff as necessary, recommending promotions, advancements, or status changes to General Managers.
  • Adjust work schedules and hours of work of Shift Leaders and hourly staff, as needed, to ensure all shifts are covered.
Leadership Qualities:
  • Display exemplary and professional attitude and appearance at all times, listening and communicating effectively with General Managers, Shift Leaders, hourly staff, guests, vendors, and the community.
  • Conduct management and staff meetings, following General Manager's direction and accomplishing objectives set by them.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities as necessary, resolving employee complaints, questions, or concerns.
Work Conditions:
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours.
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently, requiring tact and courtesy when interacting with guests.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate well.
  • Proficient math skills and comfort with numbers.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Demonstrates maturity and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Positive attitude and self-discipline.
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
