Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Disaster Response Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Northeast Texas.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of others. As a Disaster Response Specialist, you will be responsible for leading mitigation crews and ensuring that properties are restored to their original condition after disasters strike.

Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of restoration specialists to ensure expert performance of tarping, board up, water and fire mitigation and remediation, mold remediation, and environmental services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with clients and adjusters to ensure smooth issue resolution and provide professional opinions.
  • Maintain inventory of trucks and equipment, ensuring they are clean, properly stocked, and organized.
Requirements
  • Dedication to delivering world-class customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Able to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
