About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at Life is Good. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our community, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all who interact with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Impressions and Community Support
    • Answer and route incoming calls and messages
    • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees
    • Manage visitor check-in process
    • Create Life is Good gift baskets for approved charitable and gratis purposes
    • Fulfill the role of dispatcher for the People and Culture team by routing requests, issues, and complaints to the right team member for responses and support
    • Guide employees through simple systems tasks (logins, password resets, access to Namely)
  • Your Experience and Qualifications
    • Your experience includes success in a service-focused environment (food service, patient care, systems administration)
    • You are energetic, upbeat, and compassionate
    • You have proven experience with managing a dynamic community and workplace
    • You are a quick study with a variety of work environment systems and equipment and take the initiative to learn if you don't know
    • You organize your thoughts and set appropriate priorities
    • You know when to ask for help and use good judgment about who to ask for help
