Your Opportunity

As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in transforming customer interactions into memorable luxury experiences. You will engage customers in the discovery of our heritage, creating an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for our collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of sophistication and service.
  • Develop relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Maximize sales through retail operational excellence and support to the overall store visual and image.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, craftsmanship, and style evolution.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure customer and business needs are met.
Requirements
  • Passion for luxury and customer service.
  • Ability to self-learn and self-develop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Apple products is a plus.
What We Offer
