The Delivery Driver role at Aaron's is a key position that requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently. Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $17,250 and $18,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and national averages for similar positions.

Requirements

  • Solid communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Working knowledge of electronics and the ability to operate delivery vehicles safely.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and 300 pounds with a dolly.
  • A valid driver's license is required, but not a CDL.
  • No overnight travel is involved in this role.

What You'll Do

  1. Load, secure, and protect merchandise for safe transportation.
  2. Offload, install, and demonstrate products to customers.
  3. Safely operate delivery vehicles and assist with store tasks when needed.
