We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Specialist to join our team at J & J Waterproofing, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the caulking and waterproofing trade, with a strong knowledge of Tremco, BASF, and SIKA waterproofing materials and applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing waterproofing projects on the West coast of Florida, from Marco Island to Tampa/Bradenton. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a passing background check are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage waterproofing projects
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of waterproofing materials and applications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in caulking and waterproofing
  • Strong knowledge of Tremco, BASF, and SIKA waterproofing materials and applications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Passing background check

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
