Storm4 is a leading innovator in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of high-performance battery packs and modules for various industries. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through its next phase of growth, driving innovation, operational excellence, and global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and growth objectives.
  • Drive innovation in battery technology and product development to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's footprint.

Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across all departments, including R&D, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure the company meets or exceeds financial performance targets, including revenue, profitability, and return on investment.

Financial Stewardship:

  • Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Work with the CFO and finance team to ensure effective capital allocation, risk management, and funding strategies.
  • Report to the Board of Directors on financial status, strategic initiatives, and performance metrics.

Market and Customer Focus:

  • Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to drive growth and collaboration.
  • Lead the company's sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a customer-centric approach and strong market presence.

Team Development and Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team and workforce, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Ensure talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies align with the company's growth goals.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Regulatory and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications, including environmental and safety regulations.
  • Represent the company in industry associations, regulatory bodies, and public forums.

Global Expansion:

  • Develop and execute strategies for entering and scaling in new international markets.
  • Navigate the complexities of global supply chains, manufacturing, and regulatory environments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in the battery, energy storage, automotive, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of battery technology, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated success in leading companies through growth phases, including scaling operations and entering new markets.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
