Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team in Clearwater, FL. This role will contribute to the successful implementation and processing of new accounts by working with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct welcome calls with new clients to confirm setup information.
  • Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Paid Time Off policies and accrual setup.
  • Understand intermediate payroll rules and calculations, including premium overtime pay and multi-state workers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for additional services.
  • Educate clients on FLSA, state, and local payroll rules and regulations.
  • Review and process employee maintenance with accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete payroll setup in current software.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws regarding wage and hour topics.
  • Experience performing intermediate level functions in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Payroll Certifications (CPP or FPC) are a plus.
