**Job Summary**

Lynn Community Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to manage provider flow, prepare patients for their visits, and obtain vital signs. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing all vital signs, necessary screenings, measurements, and point-of-care testing and recording results accurately on the medical record template.
  • Displaying excellent interpersonal communication skills and working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Assisting providers during and after exams, including chaperoning, assisting with procedures, interpreting lab results, and clearing away instruments.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a recognized Medical Assistant Training Program with completed externship experience.
  • Medical Assistant certification (preferred).
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Khmer, or Russian with knowledge of medical terminology (desired).
  • CPR or ASL certification.

**What We Offer**

Lynn Community Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer benefits effective on the first day of employment, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
