About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at UofL Health, specializing in adolescent behavioral health. Located in Louisville, KY, this role offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and development.

**Job Summary**

The Registered Nurse provides direct care to patients aged 13-18 requiring hospitalization for mental health emergencies. Additionally, they will work with patients who test positive for Covid-19 experiencing psychiatric emergencies.

**Responsibilities**

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

**Requirements**

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kentucky Board of Nursing
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Associate Degree from an accredited nursing program
