Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Recreation Assistant to support our Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) department at Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC).

About the Role

As a Community Recreation Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while attending to front counter operations. This includes handling cash transactions, operating a point of sale system, and assisting customers with questions and complaints. You will also be responsible for issuing game equipment, performing general housekeeping, and conducting inventories of equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer service and handle cash transactions
* Operate a point of sale system and issue game equipment
* Perform general housekeeping and conduct inventories of equipment and supplies
* Assist with special events and entertainment activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be able to organize and plan events. You should also have knowledge of the Navy MWR mission and scope of Community Recreation activities.

What We Offer
