Compensation and Benefits
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Ensign Therapy, you can expect a competitive salary of $26-$34 per hour, based on your experience. Job Responsibilities
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of our residents by providing high-quality occupational therapy services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting occupational therapists with implementing treatment plans and goals
  2. Providing direct patient care and interventions to promote independence and functional ability
  3. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  4. Documenting patient progress and outcomes accurately and efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a valid license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) and prior experience working in a skilled nursing setting.
