Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer III to join our team at Accelon Inc. in San Jose, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software programs and applications, adhering to design specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance to develop software test plans and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work with hardware engineers to assess and test hardware and software interaction, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Implement a specific development methodology, adhering to company standards and best practices.
  • Document software specifications, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop software prototypes, leveraging expertise in Java, C++, and RDBMS.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Java and C++ programming languages.
  • Experience in RDBMS and SQL, with an added advantage of Cassandra expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of object-oriented design, architectural, and design patterns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like GIT/Github and Agile project methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
What We Offer

A competitive hourly rate of $77/hr under a W-2 contract, commensurate with skills and experience.
