Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from $56.57 to $82.04 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a lucrative salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

About the RoleThe Manager Employee Health will be responsible for the operations of Employee Health, Workers' Compensation, and Wellness Programs. This includes leading program development, reporting, analysis, and interpretation, consultation, nursing assessment and education for employees within the areas of pre-employment, annual health checks, safety related to employee injuries, and wellness.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the Manager Employee Health include:
- Leading program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Providing consultation and guidance to employees and management on employee health and wellness matters
- Conducting nursing assessments and providing education to employees on health and wellness topics
- Maintaining compliance with Dignity Health policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal programs
- Developing performance improvement activities related to Employee Health, Workers' Compensation, and Wellness Programs
- Servant leadership and inspiring team members to maintain high quality patient care
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- A minimum of five years clinical experience in an acute or clinic setting
- At least two years direct experience in providing care to individuals with occupational injuries, risk management, and workers' compensation claims management
- Knowledge of occupational health, workers' compensation, labor code, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
You must also hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
