About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Aftermarket team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the aftermarket channel. You will work closely with our local sales teams to develop a cohesive aftermarket attack plan tailored to the specific territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the aftermarket channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including wholesalers, security professionals, and systems integrators.
  • Assess and report on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to develop and execute sales plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience in the aftermarket channel, with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of sample and display material for sale presentations.
