Job Description

As a RN at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will work alongside our experienced Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to deliver high-quality care and ensure the safety of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medication and monitoring vital signs
  • Providing wound care and other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing
  • Supporting nursing assistants in their roles

You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to a dynamic team that values teamwork, respect, and open communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An active WI Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Excellent customer service skills
