Industrial HR Strategist

The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Industrial HR Strategist to serve as a key partner for our manufacturing facility in Cook County, Pennsylvania. As an integral member of the plant leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results through effective human resources management.

• Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as primary point of contact for benefits and payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement competitive wage and salary programs that align with business objectives.
• Design and execute effective staffing plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Provide guidance and coaching to employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with plant leaders to develop and implement leadership development programs, performance management strategies, and change management initiatives.
• Educate and monitor management actions to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Maintain positive relationships with union officials, adhering to terms of labor contracts and monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Associate Degree with progressive experience in HR management.
• 5+ years of experience in HR leadership, including experience managing union workforces and collective bargaining agreements.
• Proven ability to independently identify, develop, and lead strategic projects that meet corporate business goals.
• Experience formulating effective approaches to improve employee engagement, problem-solving, and dispute resolution.
• Fluency with HRIS and payroll software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, especially during challenging situations.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, and retention best practices.
• Experience preparing and delivering training on HR policy.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
