Position Overview:
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident conditions and oversee nursing staff to ensure compliance with established care standards.
  • Facilitate the exchange of nursing reports at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas, including nurse stations and treatment rooms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders as necessary.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, following the guidelines set forth by the State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Review and update care plans daily to guarantee appropriate resident care.
  • Communicate any changes in resident conditions to the Director of Nursing or Care Manager.
  • Accurately document physician orders and ensure they are reflected in resident charts and care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while maintaining thorough documentation as required by regulatory standards.
  • Conduct controlled substance counts with fellow nursing staff during shift changes and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure the security of medication storage areas and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid RN license in good standing and have at least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.

Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices is also essential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Candidates should have a strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and the relevant laws and regulations governing nursing care facilities. Benefits:
