About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at HIGH COUNTRY COMMUNITY HEALTH INC. This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient scheduling for our medical practice, ensuring seamless coordination with providers and staff.
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant details to ensure accurate records.
  • Process payments, handle co-pays, and update patient accounts as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical practice protocols, scheduling systems, and customer service principles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting, preferably in a scheduling role.
  • Strong proficiency in medical terminology, computerized scheduling systems, and customer service techniques.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $65,000, based on industry standards and market conditions.
