Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Director to lead our FP&A team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, analytical skills, and experience with Hyperion management packs. The role will involve managing and directing FP&A activities, working closely with the CFO on strategic analysis, and developing senior management reporting packages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct FP&A activities, working closely with the CFO on strategic analysis.
- Lead due diligence on corporate acquisitions, reviewing and analyzing financial forecast as prepared by Regional Accounting Centers.
- Develop and establish senior management reporting packages containing key performance indicators.
- Direct the analysis of Hyperion management packs/forecast to identify and correct questionable assumptions.
- Create and update Hyperion training materials as appropriate.
- Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analyses for senior management.
- Continuously review current processes and reports for potential improvements.
- Manage the development of Hyperion projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- 5-10 years of prior finance experience, with a strong background in financial modeling and analytical skills.
- High level of Excel knowledge and experience with Hyperion management packs.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong supervision skills to manage staff, division presidents, RAC CFOs, and executive management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
