Server Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Server Representative to join our team at Denny's 7599. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding customer service.

The Server Representative is a vital part of our restaurant operation, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their dining experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing prompt and courteous service to guests, meeting or exceeding service cycle timing standards
• Greeting guests immediately upon arrival and acknowledging them at departure
• Assisting with guests seating, utilizing proper arrival order and rotation procedures
• Suggestively selling menu items and achieving guest check average targets

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Other essential requirements include:

• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs
• Ability to raise a tray weighing up to 25 lbs to shoulder height
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grab
• Sufficient mobility to move and operate in the work area
• Ability to stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8 hour shift
