Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Expert, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering expert technical support for a wide range of systems and applications.
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while maintaining an exceptional user experience.
  • Engaging in collaborative problem-solving and communicating effectively with team members and users.
  • Providing advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Maintaining detailed records of troubleshooting actions, solutions, and relevant updates to ensure thorough documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Microsoft Suite & Administration Experience: Expertise in Microsoft Suite, including Azure, Exchange, and Office 365.
  • Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD/Entra ID: Proven experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • VOIP Systems: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting VOIP systems.
  • SCCM: Experience with System Center Configuration Manager for software deployment and system management or other remote monitoring and management systems.
  • Networking Fundamentals: Strong understanding of the OSI model, layers 1-8.
  • Telnet & PuTTY: Competence in using Telnet and PuTTY for network testing.
  • Powershell: Skilled in scripting and automation with Powershell.
  • Windows Group Policies (GPO): In-depth experience with GPO for system management.
  • Windows OS: Solid foundation in Windows operating systems.
  • DFS: Knowledge of Distributed File System (DFS).
  • WSUS: Experience with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
  • VEEAM: Familiarity with VEEAM for backup and recovery solutions.
  • VMware VCenter: Hands-on experience with VMware VCenter for virtualization management.
