Technical Support Expert with Advanced Troubleshooting Skills

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Support Expert, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering expert technical support for a wide range of systems and applications.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while maintaining an exceptional user experience.
- Engaging in collaborative problem-solving and communicating effectively with team members and users.
- Providing advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Maintaining detailed records of troubleshooting actions, solutions, and relevant updates to ensure thorough documentation and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Microsoft Suite & Administration Experience: Expertise in Microsoft Suite, including Azure, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD/Entra ID: Proven experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- VOIP Systems: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting VOIP systems.
- SCCM: Experience with System Center Configuration Manager for software deployment and system management or other remote monitoring and management systems.
- Networking Fundamentals: Strong understanding of the OSI model, layers 1-8.
- Telnet & PuTTY: Competence in using Telnet and PuTTY for network testing.
- Powershell: Skilled in scripting and automation with Powershell.
- Windows Group Policies (GPO): In-depth experience with GPO for system management.
- Windows OS: Solid foundation in Windows operating systems.
- DFS: Knowledge of Distributed File System (DFS).
- WSUS: Experience with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
- VEEAM: Familiarity with VEEAM for backup and recovery solutions.
- VMware VCenter: Hands-on experience with VMware VCenter for virtualization management.
