Job Summary

The Program Representative will support technical resolutions for complex construction issues on VIRGINIA & COLUMBIA Class Submarines. This role will involve building and managing government-owned properties, calibrated equipment databases, and ensuring proper tracking of customer assets. The candidate will also provide support and coordinate access to closed areas, working with EB Security to ensure physical security policies are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and maintain government-owned properties and calibrated equipment databases.
  • Provide support and coordinate access to closed areas, ensuring physical security policies are met.
  • Develop and analyze department-specific integrated project schedules to support task planning and identify conflicts.
  • Coordinate with project management and stakeholders to provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Work with system engineers, deck plate technicians, government program offices, vendors, and military personnel to resolve fleet-identified problems and implement modernization programs.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Two or more years of experience tracking items or assets in a formal cataloging system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance through the Department of Defense.
