Rathole Tech Operator with Heavy Equipment Experience

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled Rathole Tech to join our team. As a key member of our drilling operations, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and assisting in the mobilization of loads that require a Class A CDL.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Rathole Tech to operate drilling equipment and assist with various duties as assigned by the Rathole Team Leader. This role requires strong knowledge of rigging and safe operation procedures, as well as the ability to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate drilling equipment and assist with mobilizing equipment and loads that require a Class A CDL
- Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed by the Rathole Team Leader
- Assist with rig relocation and follow established procedures from site to site
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Other duties as assigned
CDL Requirements:
- Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from Dispatcher/Supervisor
- Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities
- Drives truck to destination
- Prepares receipts/paperwork for load picked up
- Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations
- Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor and/or dispatcher to receive delivery instructions
- Loads and unloads truck
- Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water
- Performs emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, tire chains, and spark plugs
- Positions blocks and ties rope around items to secure cargo during transit
- Operates company vehicles with capacity of up to 105,500 pounds to move materials, tools, and equipment to and from work locations in support of construction and maintenance activities and/or deliver operating materials and supplies from one location to another
- Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment, and assists during the operation of equipment at job site
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You must also possess a valid CDL License and satisfactory driving record with no driving violations including DWI/DUI convictions currently or in the past three years.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
