Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Eugene, Oregon location. As an educator with KinderCare, you will play a critical role in shaping the minds of young learners and setting them up for success in life.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and discounts on child care services.

About the Job

This full-time position involves working directly with children aged 0-5 years old, implementing KinderCare's curriculum, and creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. You will also be responsible for partnering with parents and other educators to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing exceptional care and education to young learners. You should have a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or equivalent experience, as well as CPR and First Aid Certification.

You will be required to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and engage in physical activity with children. You must also be able to communicate effectively with children and their parents in English.
