Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist to join our team at the Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center.

We are seeking a highly skilled ENT specialist to collaborate with our existing team of four Baltimore-based Otolaryngologists and a Physician Assistant. As a key member of our multispecialty group, you will have access to advanced technological tools and comprehensive practice support through our partnership with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States.

• A busy referral-based surgical practice covering a wide range of ENT subspecialties, including head and neck, endocrine, sleep, pediatric, rhinology, otology, facial plastics, and skin cancer surgery.
• Collaboration with a collegial team of healthcare professionals, including audiologists and other specialists.
• A captured patient population within an integrated delivery system, promoting the full breadth of ENT practice in a multi-specialty environment.
• Opportunity for mentoring and teaching through our ongoing relationship with the Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology Residency program.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting annual salary of $410,000, which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
