Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of property and casualty claims to determine validity and extent of losses.
  • Interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties involved to gather information and evidence.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify patterns and trends in claims.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent claims.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SIU investigations.
  • Proven track record of successfully investigating and resolving complex claims.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
